Vulnerability Description
In checkExistsAndEnforceCannotModifyImmutablyRestrictedPermission of PermissionManagerService.java, there is a possible way to determine whether an app is installed, without query permissions, due to side channel information disclosure. This could lead to local information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed.
