Reflected XSS in the Network Element Manager exists via /oms1350/pages/otn/cpbLogDisplay via the filename parameter, under /oms1350/pages/otn/connection/E2ERoutingDisplayWithOverLay via the id parameter, and under /oms1350/pages/otn/mainOtn via all parameters.
